FLAVOUR  Recipe Book

A new recipe book from Charlton Kings Senior Citizens Welfare Committee and Charlton Kings Baptist Church

Do you have your own recipe that you’re proud of, or an existing recipe you’ve given your own twist? Have you elevated something quite ordinary into something extraordinary, or does a particular dish send you on a trip back down memory lane? Whatever you make to eat, we’re interested in introducing it to a wider audience!

Using the simple form, your culinary creation could find its way into this special recipe book, celebrating the church’s 150th Anniversary and raising money for two fantastic charities, Wiggly Worm and Tearfund (for more information, visit https://wigglycharity.org/ and https://www.tearfund.org/)

The book will be divided into chapters as you would find in a standard recipe book (Starters, Mains, Desserts, and Cakes & Bakes), but there’s an added twist. Each recipe will also be assigned one or more categories to fit the book’s title FLAVOUR whether sweet or savoury, main or dessert, hot or cold. The categories are:

Family Favourites

Everyday go-to food that’s quick and easy, and guarantees empty plates

Leftovers

Arty Party
