Room Hire at CKBC
We will no longer be taking bookings for parties....
However, we welcome regular groups for room hire
As part of the community in Charlton Kings, the premises may be hired for various regular groups.
We have a range of rooms of varying sizes. There is a small car park at the church and additional car parking at the rear of the Co-Op in Church Piece. There are chairs and tables available to use within the hire costs
The hire of a room should be arranged with the Church Administrator via email.

The organisation or person hiring the premises will need to sign our Terms and Conditions Form - and return it to the office
The ground floor rooms are wheel chair accessible and there is an accessible toilet
Our Rooms
Carey Hall
10m x 17m
This is a large, light hall suitable for parties and includes access to a small play area with rubber floor covering.
The hall has a seating capacity of around 200.
It is currently used for sports and fitness classes and meetings.
The Lounge
6m x 11m
This is a carpeted room suitable for smaller occasions and groups. It is situated next to the hall.
The Upper Room
9m x 5m
This is a larger meeting/club room. It is a light and airy room also accessed by stairs.
Kitchen
We have a large, well equipped kitchen which can be used in conjunction with room hire. There is an additional, add on cost if the ovens are to be used, but the use of crockery and hot water boiler is included in the hire cost of the hall and lounge.
